Since I first tried Gravity Picks about 12 years ago when the company was new, they have been the ONLY picks that I buy and use. I publicly brag about them on guitar forums whenever I get the opportunity. I have my favorites, but Chris occasionally sends an extra pick with my order that is a pick that I haven't tried, and I must admit that this has influenced my taste in picks. I have mainly used the .77 purple classic pick, but now I am really enjoying the Classic Standard 2 (blue) pick, and my most recent order included a couple of Gold Wave .75 (red) picks, and I am really liking these new picks! Gravity Picks are the best, and customer service is every bit as good!
This is/was my first order with Gravity Picks, but surely not my last. It took quite some weeks to get the picks over to me in Germany (which wasn't the fault of Gravity Picks), but it was worth the wait. The Gold series are great too!
I never received the picks
Been buying gravity picks for years now i wanted to try a few different kinds but didnt really know where to start. The best sellers has a wide variety and let me really try a good amount of range
I’ve played guitar for over 50 years and finally realized how much a good pick adds to your tone, your ease of playing and your overall enjoyment of playing. I tried the 003 Xl (red) pick and liked them too, but the yellow (green?) 1.5 big mini plays and sound the best to me for both strumming and single note play. The pick is the connection between you and your guitar. I think most guitarists are fussy about their choice of guitar, strings, anps, and pedals but don’t consider how much a good pick can affect tone and playability. I recommend to all my guitar playing friends and students that they at least try a quality pick like Gravity. The big mini is definitely my go-to pick.
