MATERIALS
  • Acrylic Series – Brighter sounding vs. normal pick material (i.e. celluloid, nylon, or Delrin). Grip is much more apparent with acrylic vs. the alternative materials and it can glide across the strings with very little resistance. Acrylic’s durability is 5-10x longer than the other materials.
  • PEEK – Gold Series – Sound is less bright (slightly darker) than acrylic. Tone is more focused and louder compared to regular picks. Pick noise (the sound of the pick coming into contact with a vibrating string makes a noise). This material has very low pick noise. The Gold Series lasts 5-10x longer than the Acrylic Series.

First time trying these picks

I really liked that I could get a pack with various gauges and shapes. I’ve played for years, but I’ve not taken my pick very seriously and only used one about half the time anyway. These picks allow me to try several on different guitars in my home. I had only played with very thin picks before. I would definitely purchase this pack again.

I found my go-to picks!

Well, it only took about 30 years, but I finally found my daily driver guitar pick. I still really like the Dunlop Adamas Graphite picks for specific styles of play, but as far as day-to-day playing with feeling, dynamics, and control goes, it's the Gravity Classic Standard 1.5 for me. I like switching between the "Polished" and "Master Finished" bevels. The polished gives really good glide over strings for faster passages, and the master finish gives some really great "bite" for accents and articulation. Add to this that they're easy to grip, consistently well made, durable, and long-wearing - I'm going to have these as my playing companions for a long time to come

Been using the same picks for 20+ years… but think I found a new one I like!

Super high quality picks with a great variety! I have been using the same dunlop picks for prob 20+ years now and just needed a change. My buddy had some of these and told me to try them… and I LOVED them! Still trying to see which one feel like “home” but after playing these for a few days… it’s hard to pick up my old picks that I’ve been using all this time. These are just more comfortable. I’ll prob get another variety pack… seems like I’ve been missing out on these!
