The Striker shape is a tri-sided pick with slightly rounded tips. This essentially gives you 3 picks in one. Nothing wrong about that. In general, pointed tips are brighter than rounded tips. The Axis and Stealth are also tri-sided models, with the Axis being the most rounded and the Stealth the most pointed.
There are 4 sizes: Mini (Jazz size), Big Mini, Standard (Traditional size) and XL.
Mini: .96" wide, .91" tall
Big Mini: 1.06" wide, 1.02" tall
Standard: 1.16" wide, 1.13" tall
XL: 1.26" wide, 1.22" tall
There are also several grip holes to choose from. Grip holes are not available for the 1.5mm thickness.
There are many variations combining size, thickness, grip holes and choice of polished bevels. There is definitely a pick for every guitar player.
The bevels on each pick are shaped on a grinding wheel which creates rough bevels. Those bevels are then polished or left unpolished (which we call ‘Master Finish’).
The Polished version glides across the strings with very little effort.
The Master Finish (unpolished) version is a bit brighter and creates a different release off the string. It allows you to ‘dig in’ a bit more. It is just a personal preference.

I have tried out most of the styles they have and the striker by far is the best. paired with the multi hole grip makes playing fast and accurate easy. Will be buying more!!
I've been through lots of picks and this is the best pick for me, (so far). If you want a fat sound with volume and are not afraid to try a thick pick, then give the 4mm a try. Unpolished is the way to go, dig in
Striker - Unpolished Bevels
I like a bit sharper point but these are still pretty good, especially with the unpolished edges which I prefer.
